Your Stanbic IBTC @ease wallet is very secure. Your wallet profile is tied to your mobile phone and all transactions on your @ease wallet is authorized using your secret PIN.

 

Q: What happens if my Phone/SIM is lost or stolen?
Call or send an email to our contact center on +234 (01) 422-9099 and or [email protected] and request for your profile to be deactivated. As soon as you buy a new device or retrieve your SIM card, reset your PIN using the ‘Forgot PIN’ feature or call our contact center.

Q: What is my 4 digit secret PIN?
PIN stands for Personal Identification Number and it is created when you signed up. Your 4-digit secret PIN is used to login to your @ease wallet and authorize ALL transactions.


Q: I can’t remember my PIN. What do I do?
You can either use the ‘Forgot PIN’ feature or call or send an email to our Customer contact center.

Q: I can’t remember my Secret word. What do I do?
Call or send an email to our Customer contact center or to reset your secret word.

Q : Can I print out receipt of my transactions on the App?
No, you cannot print transaction receipt on the App.

Q: What is the Minimum balance on my @ease wallet?

  • Transfer money from another bank account using the steps below:
    • Select ‘Stanbic IBTC @ease’ from the list of banks/institution
    • Enter your @ease wallet number (your phone number without the first zero).
    • Your wallet number will be validated and your name displayed.
    • Enter amount and authorize
  • Cash-in (ie: deposit cash) at any Stanbic IBTC partner agent location nationwide.
