Mrs. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology from the University of Wales and a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Business School, Cardiff, Wales.

 She is also the Chief Operating Officer at Modalali, a people and organizations development company, providing human capital services, coaching, facilitation, training, and development for individuals and organizations.

 An accomplished professional with over 17 years in Senior Management positions, and leadership of over 200 employees, Mrs. Mohammed’s wealth of human resource experience in both private and public sector, manufacturing, education, services, oil and gas make for empathetic understanding of the challenges of managing diverse groups.

 Mrs. Mohammed is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as well as the Chartered Institute of Coaching and Mentoring in Nigeria. She is also an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of Nestle Nigeria PLC.
